He has higher education, graduated from the architectural faculty of the Khabarovsk polytechnic institute.

He started the career in 1987, in Ukrniineft. Worked as an architect, leader of architectural group of the institute.

Worked as a Main architect of projects in «Budinvestproekt». As a member of the architectural group took part in development of the watch settlement «Tengiz» project at the Tengiz district of oilfield (Kazakhstan). In 90th a project won the first place.

He also developed the interiors of dwellings and public buildings. His works were published in magazines «Architecture and prestige» and «Salon».

He took part in trade objects planning in Tyumen, individual houses in Kazakhstan, reconstruction of administrative ware-house complex in the settlement Kozatskoe at the Kiev area, restaurant «San Marko» reconstructions and supermarket «West Line» planning in Brovary, Kiev area, development of dwellings complexes draft designs in Kiev and Yalta.
