Legal support of the Institute’s business activities, as well as providing respective legal services in the interests of the third parties:

• legal expertise of investment projects in sphere of construction and real estate;

• legal support of investment projects, purchases of the whole property complexes of different forms of property;

• privatization of immovable real estate objects;

• conducting of legal cases in commercial courts of all instances on claims connected with real estate;

• development, legal expertise, legal support of agreements for performing of design and exploration work, contractor’s agreements in capital construction, investment contracts;

• authorization and state registration of real estate property rights;

• legal support of deals with ground areas and buildings, constructions, and structures located on them;

• authorization of transfer of property rights to the ground areas, when property rights on buildings, constructions, and structures located on them transfer to one or several individuals;

• preparing documentation and legal support in taking of ground areas, changes of their purpose and functional use;

• legal conclusions, analytical certification, rendering consulting services on the issues of various complexity resulting from land and economic legal relations, as well as providing possible solutions;

• creation and state registration of legal entities and individuals, separate units;

• representing of customers’ interests in commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction in all instances;

• development and legal expertise of economic agreements, contracts, arrangements;

• legal expertise and support of business projects;

• receiving licenses, various permits and authorizing documents in controlling bodies.
