On the 18th May Igor Mysak, employee of the Land Department, took part in a seminar «Actual aspects of taking of land in Ukraine», which was conducted by the Center of economic and legal initiative in Kiev. Presenters of seminar were: V.Veshnivetskiy is a chief of production department of the State enterprise «Ukrspetszem» at the State committee on the land resources and E. Sukmanova that is a candidate of science of law, a lawyer, and chief of legal department of the Ukrainian Financial and Consulting Group. They analyzed the land legislation, regulative taking of ground areas. Speakers acquainted the participants of seminar with the order of transfer of ground area in other category, by the stages of passing of document on taking of ground area in the local authorities, by the order of conclusion of treaty of lease of ground area, order of development of technical documentation for ground area. |
