The institute of investment strategy of regional development has licenses to conducting of all types of activity.
IISRD makes a town-planning document in accordance to new regulative rules, issued in 2007-2009. These are charts of district and village territory planning, as well as general layouts for settlements, detailed territory plans and town-planning grounds.

According to order №489 issued May 20 2009 by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, «Regulation of town planning objects basic data submission» presently the most claimed type of town-planning document is a town-planning ground. Specialists of the IISRD carry out making this type of documents accordant to latest versions of regulations, issued in 2009.
