From September, 21 till September, 27 representatives of the IISRD has taken part in an imitative-modeling administrative seminar "Key reserve 3" carried out by the company "Media Key " in ОК "Chabanka" near Odessa. Institute was presented by Maxim Orlov, the chief of the management and business planning department and a legal protection, Antonina Selivanova, the chief of the Legal Support department and Gennady Jakovets, the chief of the land department.

IISRD took part in the International specialized exhibition-forum «Suburban real estate – 2007», and Ukrainian competition «Cottage town - 2007» which took place on May, 22-24 in Kiev, at the exhibition center «Akko International» (Pobedy prosp. 40-b).
