Major Tasks:

•Developing of schemes of acquisition of property rights on land and other immovable property for the purpose of successful solution of investing and other objectives of the Institute;

•Optimizing the taxation of business activities of the Institute, as well as investment and other projects performed by the Institute in the interests of customers;

•Analyzing of the effective legislation of Ukraine and the projects through the prism of their influence on the investment activities within business activities of the whole Institute;

•Legal support in economic activity of the Institute, as well as rendering of corresponding legal services in the interests of a client.
