The Land Department on the basis of license of series AB No. 293126 of the State Committee on Land Resources of Ukraine on realization of land surveying and evaluating works, which is issued in accordance with a decision from 04.11.2005, conducts fulfillment of land surveying and evaluating works. In particular, the specialists of department set on the area borders of administrative-territorial units (region, district, city, district in city, settlement, village), draw up drafts of creation of new and equipping with modern amenities of existent land ownerships and land-tenures; farm boundary adjustment of agricultural enterprises, establishments and organizations, peasant (farmer) farms and land ownerships of citizens.

The functions of the department are:

•working out of technical documentation with drafting of state acts on the right of ownership on the ground areas and right for the permanent using of land, agreements on the right for the temporal using of land (including on conditions of lease) and contracts of tenancy of land.

•paper work which certify the right of ownership to the ground areas or right for the permanent land using.

•drawing up of drafts of taking of the ground areas into ownership or use (including on conditions of lease), transference in nature (on locality) of borders of the withdrawn (bought out) and taken ground areas.
